Theme doesn't apply on Sublime's Sidebar

How can I enforce the theme on Sublime's actual UI (not just the text editor) as presented in the demo screenshot of the theme?

What version of sublime text are you running and what are your computer specs?

This theme isn't a color scheme for the text editor at all, the only thing it skins is the UI.

Running Sublime 2. Installed with package control, so I'm wondering what could've happened.

What OS are you running? Is it a retina computer?
