The Lost Isles Issues

The quest 25093 in The Lost Isles they send to kill three Npc that are the leaders of S1:7 Commander Arrington , Alexi Silenthowl and DarkBlade Cyn , those npc are repeat when you go to kill em.
The quest 25066 Pride of Kezan what is supose to do, it say thay you have to shot down 10 Gnomeran Stealth Fighters it most be a plane, but the plane that is right side of Sassy i can not mount.
The Quest 25100 Let´s Ride apparently Bastia the pet of Kilag Gorefang it is supose to carry with you, just like a previous quest, or im wrong ?
The quest 25122 Morale Boost you have to kill the npc Brute Overseer to give you Kaja´Cola Zero-One to free the mind of some npc , but i throw like a 20 in a single npc and nothing happend, apparently it does not work.
The quest 25184 you are supose to mount in the Mine Cart Ride to take rid to the end of the line, i can not mount in the cart, and if i complete the quest is not work because there are another fase to the end of the line so i can not complete the quest.
The quest 25093. This may be a double spawn problem. I will check DB. and take appropiate action.
The quest 25066 This quest was never scripted, when Frank and I were working thru The Lost Isles work was interuped and development stopped at the previous quest Mine Disposal...The Goblin Way! no=25058 https://cata-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?quest=25058
Hopefully I can commense work soon on developing the remainder of the quest lines.
The Quest 25100 you are correct,. AS dev work ceased on Lost Isles at quest 25058 the second ride on Bastia was never scripted and her wp's not added. again, I hope to apply the needed scripting asap.
The quest 25122 Morale Boost? This quest used to work and still does on my previous cores from last year...probably a lost AI or c++ script lost in all the big changes since last year. will look into this, might e an easy fix :)
The quest 25184? Have to check this. as per my old severs VS this new core...to be updated.

just commiting fix for double spawns now along with other tranquil coast adjustments.
I dont see the commit or the pull request?
any min now, have to upload .sql file to my remote repo, then I can commit to Arkania/Arkcore-NG
