Error on acceing ipfs node

Hello,

I treid your library. The binary has successfully been downloaded but if I want to get the peer id I'll get the following exception:
System.FormatException: The IPFS network protocol 'quic-v1' is unknown.

Thanks for reporting. We fixed this in 0.9.9 (see release notes). Please update to the latest version (currently 0.10.1)
