Background

OwlCore recently released v0.1.0, which introduced a number of breaking changes.

Problem

We want the latest from this library, especially to create a Strix core for OwlCore.Storage.

Solution

Update OwlCore to at least 0.1.0, and fix any breaking changes.

Work on this is still ongoing. This, #187, #114, and #122 will all happen in the same PR, along with some other refactors, features and fixups. This is slated to be released as App and SDK version 0.1.0.
