When File-Icons (https://github.com/DanBrooker/file-icons) package is installed, the pinned icon does not show on tabs. Not sure where to submit issue, so sorry if I should have done it there.

file certainly change the way tabs are created or overwrite the associated CSS. I'll take a look.
