How do I start this on macOS?

I'm too familiar with command line, but how do I run this on macOS?

I have ffmpeg installed. I tried running it via terminal and get command not found.

I heard from multiple people that the binary doesn't work for them on macOS. What always worked was compiling the source code yourself.
