Cant instal firmware and tools fo s3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open bcmon 'ok
2. install firmware and tools ' it crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
can't see the current version of bcmon, but is the last one on your download page. Im trying on android 4.1.2 on sgS3
