Is there any reason for setting logLevel and JsEngineKeys.parallelism settings in plugin defaults?
Would be better to scope them to typescript task if possible.

The only reason is my tenuous grasp of sbt. Please feel free to send a quick pull request and I'll be happy to merge it.
