I've done a lot of localisation, there's still some that need to be done and, on a related note i need to get some icons for the unique building.

Now the issue with localisation is the fact that you can't add extra SymbolStrings so I'm gonna want to make sure to leave the least localisation that's not fixable.

I think there's a bunch of things that re to be written that i will need to write for. Namely the affinity.
