I've thought of a simple way to make the industry interest, so I'm gonna be making it.

done, +5% baseline, +20% with the T4 ind building
improved the constructible for seeing stored ind, it now also shows the max ind storage.
Each sd level gives +1 max ind storage multiplier.
You start with 5 and can end at 8 with sd 4
