Armor Stacking Encumberance with no active armor stacking

I am having an issue with my players getting the -20 modifier from armor stacking when they are only wearing armor, nothing additional to it.
I am unsure what has caused this.
Sorry if it is a simple mistake on our part!

we imagine it is the armor stacking rule "accidentally" being on when you simply wear any armor.
Made a simple sheet with just armor and nothing else and it still has the issue.

So as stated in the overlay your AV (highest counts so 19) exceeds your SOM (15). If you raise your SOM to 19 it‘s gone. This is as per rulebook :)
isn't that just for layering armor and not main armor? The errata also states

Purrfect! I‘ll have a look into it but will most linely not fix this until next year, as I‘m already in my holidays :) - But I‘ll definitely correct this if that‘s the case!

NP, me and my buds noticed it in our session today and we found the errata before we began which is why we were confused XD

This issue has been adressed in the latest hotfix 0.8.0.1
