XP and Karma

Similar to #16, would it be possible for SCT to have options to display the XP and Karma that gain usually pops up.
When using the setting in ARCDPS to remove the built in scrolling text, all visibility is lost.

What you suggested is the case since the last arcdps update. SCT also shows Luck and Endurance gained.
Since there's no options for this in the SCT menu, I assume it is a bug.

Will probably working on showing XP, Karma and Endurance soon.
