I have only one monitor and when I alt+tab I can't not go back to the game. I have to reboot the whole PC.

Could you please try out this new version and check if it resolves the issue? (please extract the zip archive and replace the existing d3d9_arcdps_sct.dll in the /bin64 folder)

Works fine for me. (at least for now)
Icons are enabled - and using custom font,

Had a crash once after swapping font for first time from default, and getting first message. But not sure if its related - was not able to crash it another time.

Great, I will close this issue once 2.0 RC 2 is out.
