It would be nice to be able to generate the INF from an already existing Kijiji ad that you posted using other means, such as the mobile app.

There are existing paid Chrome Extensions that do exactly what you're looking for.
If you're looking for this functionality I encourage you to submit a PR. Otherwise, look into buying one of the chrome extensions.
