Obviously wrong U+0450 and U+04E9 in NimbusMonoPS

Instead of U+0450 ѐ, the entire NimbusMonoPS family incorrectly shows Ѵ.

Since all these fonts have a fixed glyph order, they actually have wrong outlines in the right place. Also the correct shapes for U+0450 can be borrowed from U+00E8.

We (Artifex) have referred this URW++ themselves, and we await their response.
