Nimbus Roman: wrong glyph for ₣ (U+20A3 FRENCH FRANC SIGN)

In Nimbus Roman, instead of ₣ (U+20A3 FRENCH FRANC SIGN) you see ₢, which would be good as (U+20A2 CRUZEIRO SIGN).
The Fr-ligature for this charcode (as in other fonts) is acceptable instead of ₣ (F with bar). For example, Arial Unicode and Trebuchet use the ligature. Cruzeiro sign is not acceptable.
