Add on-screen controls

This game looks great but I'm unable to play it on my rooted NOOKcolor. It and
other multi-touch android tablets should be able to play this game if an
on-screen keypad and buttons are created. On my device, a rooted NOOKcolor,
there is plenty of screen real estate(1024x600) but no keyboard or hard buttons
to work with. Do any other games have on-screen controls that can be
integrated? A menu button would also be nice since there are no home/menu/back
buttons on the NOOKcolor.

Though I can't support rooted devices or special builds that don't have Android
Market, I have gone ahead and implemented on-screen controls for the next
release. Watch for it soon on Market.
