Does not allow left to right movement with ball on Kindle Fire(2yr old)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start it up and try to use it on Kindle Fire

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
left to right movement, only get up and down. Tilt does not work
and roller ball only does up/down. Controls are set for Tilt off.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
