Matrix jdk and a3sync versions

Since jdk 12 there is no separate jre, one use the jdk to run java applications.
We shall provide jdk14 images instead of jre11.
Also we shall provide jre8 images since that is the runtime version advertised by SOE.

Perhaps we shall do a matrix build with jre / arma3sync versions
