Description:
Multiple CMSG_TIME_SYNC_RESPONSE errors in server console and log
Current behavior:
When looking at the server console, getting the following error messages frequently, both from a client on the local host, as well as over the Internet.
Received CMSG_TIME_SYNC_RESPONSE from player Sanctity without requesting it (hacker?)
Expected behavior:
Shouldn't be any errors.

- Issue found playing in Live Ashamane Private Server.
- Issue found in a compiled master repo from Git.

Saw this error mentioned on TrinityCore, and is the exact issue I am experiencing. It may provide some insight.
