Allied Races - instantly available

Description:
Allied races are immediately available to create on a new character.
Current behavior:
When creating a new character, Allied races are available to be selected and created.
Expected behavior:
On the retail game, you shouldn’t be allowed to create these until you have a character at level 110.
What I would really like to see, though, is a configuration item in worldserver.conf that sets this level, just like the DK race.
I don’t believe TrinityCore has this enabled immediately.

Trinity dont have allied races in core xD, and that change u can do in ure repo, lot of people like instant available allied races
@mcsescott this is a simple change in your database, i can give you an example later, but not now
