Warlock Pets - Default Names

Description:
When summoning a warlock pet, they get the default name (ie Imp, Voidwalker), instead of a random name from the DBC files.
Current behavior:
See description.
Expected behavior:
Warlock pet/demon names should be taken from the DBC files.
