Im trying to extract a rom,but all it does is finish in1 second and there are no folders. MY system keeps quarentining a file everytime try to redownload,do i have to unquarentine it? or are you trying to give me a virus?

I had this problem today, and fixed it by running SetupUS.exe first. After it installs, try again.
