It doesn´t work on production, only in localhost

Hi. I use your soft-cascade in localhost, and it works perfectly.
It erases and recover information.
I installed in production, it deletes the principal and the relations.
When I try to restore data, it just restores the principal table, and don´t restore relations.
Could you help me?
I´m using Laravel 11, MySql, cPanel
