Game Stages Compat Isssue

I noticed when using Game Stages, it erases all the stages you have and adds the one in the "unlock" section, instead of just adding the one extra stage.

Update: I found that giving myself any stage (with the command) fixes the issue, but I would like the mod to fix it too.
