Explanation

• Basically, all hardware controls that do not have a quick settings toggle are sorted up. To be accessible fast in this menu.
• Localization settings are done during setup and the sync clients are readily usable. So related settings have been sorted down in priority.
• Wallpaper, Watchface and Launcher gallery's in one block sorted up since user liekly switch those frequently. Located close to the nightstand which is also watchface related.
• Bluetooth and usb last, since thay have quick toggles and are usually not translated, which looks awkward when sorted between localized glyphs.
