download https://download.netlimiter.com/nl/netlimiter-5.3.6.0.exe run netlimiter once, close it, replace the files with the ones i give out, and open the .exe with the modified string.
You might have to do net stop nlsvc in cmd to replace files, but maybe not.
Maybe sure you close all tabs related to normal net limiter before opening d2, not even a file explorer named netlimiter because d2 is gay and just searches for anything named it
