Bidirectional links are lost when downloading a graph

Bidirectional links in the file are replaced with unidirectional when using "download skill graph" option
Reproduction Steps:
Create a graph with bidirectional links then download the graph.
Expected Behavior:
Bidirectional links should not be altered.
Observed Behavior:
All bidirectional links within the file are replaced as unidirectional.
