Prismic Toolbar Not Visible

After cloning master and getting up and running, I ran into a few issues.
The first of which is that all page templates contain an error and request that head is a function:
head():{} instead of head: {}. Easy enough solve.
A bigger issue that that the prismic toolbar is missing in action.
