stomp sample needs a new atmosphere-stomp that is compatible with atmosphere-2.4.x

the currently available atmosphere-stomp expects AtmosphereRequest/Resource as objects and not as interfaces (as they are now in 2.4.x).
so we need to disable stomp sample until atmosphere-stomp is updated to support atmosphere 2.4.x.
