Linter-gcc doesnt work on Windows

So I've installed MinGW, created a path in windows, installed Linter-gcc but it does not want to run or anything. When I click compile and run win cmd opens with the message: "'C:\Users\x\AppData\Local\Temp\celsius' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file." and -> "This GDB was configured as "x86_64-w64-mingw32"."
Did I missed something in installation or what? I can not figure it out...
