ESXi Boot ISO Directory Needs to be Hardcoded

Hard code the parameter vmwareBootIsoDirectory which is the directory to store the ESXi Boot ISO to /kickstart_isos.
Add a step to test if it exists, and tell the user to create it if it does not.
