Add To Homescreen popup prompt disappeared

Hello,
The little popup at the bottom which prompts user to add the PWA to their homescreen stopped working. It happened after I deleted a bunch of files but I don't know what caused it. I added a manifest.json file at some point but I've renamed it since.

I've uploaded pics of my folder structure. If you could just tell me which part of the code actually triggers the pop-up, I can check if I've deleted or modified it.
