Add ability to embed a PNG or JPEG image directly.

Need to parse DPI (aka "pixel per meter") from image files, but not decode them.

JPEG DPI can come either in JFIF chunks or EXIF data. :(

OK only thing left is PNG embed in PDF: it seems it can't be the PNG file content directly.
