Stim list and results can get out of sync in Matlab

Bug occurred in Matlab. File processing can NOT recognize an out-of-sync situation as it is dependent on the listed stim table that is written independently of the results to decode what the 'trial' was.
Summary:
The files claim to be one thing but then the result log appears to be for a completely different file
If you look at RP1 it the stim cue list and source list match for a BBN_60dB_0-0.5s_0catch file but the result table includes FA trials that don't exist in the stim and cue list.
Checking with Xiaopeng Liu about how the results and stim can get out of sync in matlab?
