[Bug]: APC frame disappears when added to wall

Describe the issue

There was a break in at the vault that damaged the APC inside the vault. The broken APC was dismantled completely, and upon trying to install a new APC, both me (playing an Engineer at the time) and the CE got as far as the step where the APC frame needs to be placed on the wall. Upon placing it, the APC frame was nowhere to be found. Neither right clicking on the tile in front of the wall, the wall tile itself, nor alt-clicking either of these tiles would show the APC frame.

How to reproduce

1. Face a wall with two sheets of steel
2. Click the steel sheets and select APC frame under Construction Recipes
3. Pick up the APC frame and place on the wall, as per instructions on the Guide to Construction page on the wiki
4. (Optional) Click around in frustration as you realize you've wasted 2+ sheets of steel on this bug
