This feature is to add CLARA AI Assisted Annotation to AIS Charts to provision AIAA server(s) so that the existing XNAT OHIF Viewer Plugin integration with CLARA AIAA is automatically set up and functional

• Integrate Clara Train AIAA to Helm to be able to be provisioned and integrated with the OHIF Viewer Plugin
• XNAT ml-plugin (formerly clara)
• XNAT datasets-plugin (formerly collections)
