Installing postgresql client is unnecessary

Is there a reason why this is installed into the container?
XNAT itself doesn't need it, as it uses JDBC to connect to postgresql via a JAR file that's bundled into the WAR. I guess it could be handy for debugging, but I guess you could install it yourself as a once-off.
Happy to submit a PR if you agree.
