Deleted an account - now can't get back in

Hiya,
I installed Authenticator on one of my PC's but needed it on a different one. I removed it and made it forget the account and put it on the correct PC. Added the site again but now none of the codes work and am now locked out. Being a novice I didn't realise that doing so would mess everything up. Any ideas how to get it working again? I have no back up codes.
