Description
On my first try with a non-existent application name,'shore -v save' -> gave the logs indicating the pipeline is created and no error message.
When I retry the same command, Shore detects that the specific pipeline already exists in the application and creates a new pipeline while saving the existing pipeline with a new Id.
It will be beneficial if application name validation is available.
