1.9.5 release did not bump version numbers

The 1.9.5. release did not bump version numbers in package.json and liveblog.php. The README.md, readme.txt and CHANGELOG were not updated.

We'll introduce a more automated process to make bumping versions in all the respective places consistent.
Closing in favour of #688.
