Posts Inserter: Reduce spacing between blocks

When using the Posts Inserter block without clicking to "Insert Posts" and format each story individually:

Newsletter Padding
After inserting posts, there is a lot of space between each block. Each one of these becomes a and they have > padding:12px;. This create a 24px space between each . I'd like to tighten up the spacing

The same result is in Gmail and Outlook. Let's tighten the spacing between the excerpt and the heading and add spacing below the excerpt and the next story.
