How to enable audio file upload

Does anyone know about mp3, wav and ogg upload capabilities.
All i clearly are able to do is to put out a version that allows audio/* in editor.js
But when uploading files it's not possible since it's telling about not allowed for upload.
Would be thankful of knowing a way to add audio
