Test/Update wp.org PHP, WP requirements?

The current plugin page:

WordPress Version: 4.7 or higher
Tested up to: 5.7.8
PHP: 5.2.4 or higher

We should test against WP 6.x.

PHP should be 8.1+, since 5.x , 7.x, 8.0 are at EoL.

Oops, looks like @renatho tested against WP 6.1 a few months ago!
