Not everyone wants to use CC-BY-ND.

This plugin should have an option for the full stable of licenses:

  • no license specified
  • CC-BY
  • CC-BY-SA
  • CC-BY-ND
  • CC-BY-ND-SA
  • CC-0
  • custom license (add your own URL)

It's easiest to set this on a plugin-wide basis, but we might instead want to change this on a per-post basis.
