Introducing bullet points in notes body

I'd like to suggest the addition of bulleted lists in the notes body. Currently, we need to use special characters like '*' to indicate bullet points, but using the '•' character would be more appropriate for this purpose.

This feature would greatly enhance the readability of content. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were an option to create bulleted lists easily, perhaps supported by a keyboard shortcut.

This improvement would make simplenote visually organized.
