I'd love to use this plugin on my employer's Intranet site. Would would be the most sensible way to modify this plugin so that it only renders a TOC on specific pages?

I think maybe introducing a new meta-box that lets you disable it per post?

I'm not exactly sure how to pull that off, but I'll start looking into it.
