Remove duplicate views: Keep using iframed editor

As of Automattic/jetpack#40479, the "Posts > Add a New post" and "New > Post" menus link to WP Admin for users participating in the Remove duplicate views experiment.

They should link to Calypso (if the site uses the default admin interface), since the iframed editor will be removed in a separate project (#95393).
