Custom Recipes in Anvils don't work when EcoEnchants is installed.

Describe the bug
Any custom recipe utilizing the anvil doesn't work when EcoEnchants is installed. This has been tested with four different plugins that utilize custom recipes in anvils. The Plugins work fine, but any custom recipe in an anvil will not work if EcoEnchants is installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install any Plugin that introduces custom recipes in a anvil (Custom Crafting Recipes, Anvil Recipes are examples)
2. Install Eco and EcoEnchants
3. Attempt to craft something custom in an Anvil
4. See error

Expected behavior
I mean, custom recipes should work as expected and not be disabled when EcoEnchants is insalled.
