Workbench Hidden Roots Still Display Root Configuration Directory

An AvailProject dictates whether or not an Avail root is visible in the moduleTree. If the project file marks it as not visible, neither the root nor its entry points are visible in the workbench, however the roots configuration directory in the local .avail directory is shown in the workbench. This should also be hidden.
